Our accomodations were great and the staff could not have been more helpful. the breakfast buffet was a big hit with the family. One of the highlights of our trip was our Christmas dinner at Sardis. Let me also say that there was a blizzard predicted during our trip and while I was somewhat worried about it interrupting our trip, Denyse kept tabs on the weather conditions for us (during her holiday). Denyse helped my boyfriend book a surprise birthday getaway for me that was fabulous!!!!!!!! We went on a four day cruise to Cozumel. This was my first cruise so the outside cabin with private balcony was perfect. We docked on my birthday and she provided us with a detailed itinerary for our day which included two great excursions.
